Erhard Pfeiffer Photographer
Erhard's award winning photographs of architecture, interior design, hotels, and residences have graced the covers of numerous prestigious books and publications worldwide. He is based in Los Angeles but covers assignments in the entire United States as well as internationally, in particular in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America. As a popular guest speaker on Architectural and Interior Design Photography he has lectured at the American Institute of Architects, Brooks Institute of Photography, Calumet Photographics and other institutions. He is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers and the Advertising Photographers of America. In 2006 he was awarded the Star of Design in the field of Photography.
Recent Highlights
Last year Erhard reached an important milestone: Over one hundred times his work has appeared in Architectural Digest. And the list of magazine and book covers exceeds one hundred as well. Please have a look at the latest images added to the cover section of this site. Some more challenging and exciting projects photographed recently were resort hotels and residences in Bahrain, Dubai, Mexico and of course California. You can look forward to seeing them published soon.
Film Versus Digital
Erhard’s work is shifting more and more towards digital photography. In addition to using large format film he offers digital capture with small or medium format digital cameras.
